Refund policy
Returns and refunds
We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused wrapping paper rolls in their original packaging. Opened, cut, or used rolls are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
To request a return, email maisonvelere.studio@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will provide return instructions and the return address. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email us promptly with your order number and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover any necessary return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Preorder cancellations
You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email maisonvelere.studio@gmail.com with your order number. Once the order ships, our return policy applies. If we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
