Terms of service
This online store is operated by Maison Velere LLC. These terms apply to purchases from www.maisonvelere.com, together with our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy, and Privacy policy.
Products and pricing
We sell physical wrapping paper. Roll dimensions are 30 inches × 15 feet unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. Please read the product description before ordering. Product images illustrate the designs; colors may appear differently across screens and lighting conditions. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Prices and availability may change for future orders.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Payment is collected at checkout, including for preorders. If we cannot fulfill an order because of availability, an error, or another issue, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cancel. We will not impose an increased price on an existing order without your agreement.
Preorders and coming-soon items
Preorders ship according to the timing stated on the product page and in our Shipping policy. Peppermint preorder shipping is expected to begin in mid-November 2026 as stock arrives, with 3–5 business days for processing after arrival. You may cancel before shipment for a full refund. If shipping is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, we will offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. Items marked Coming soon are not available for purchase.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping policy explains delivery charges and processing times. Our Return and refund policy explains 30-day returns for unopened, unused rolls, return shipping responsibilities, damaged or incorrect orders, and refunds. Carrier transit time is separate from order processing time.
Website use and privacy
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its content. Our Privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. The store is hosted on Shopify.
Updates and customer rights
Updated terms apply to future purchases and do not remove rights attached to existing orders. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
